Welcome to our FAQ page. On this page we will regularly update and add questions that are common for our customers. The most common issue currently is playing or digital download files on a mac. The great thing is we use a standard video format for our videos which is MP4. What that means for you is no matter what device or medium you choose to enjoy and learn with us our files will play.
MPEG-4 Part 14 or MP4 file format is a multimedia container format standard specified as a part of MPEG-4. MPEG-4 contains MPEG-4 encoded video and Advanced Audio Coding (AAC)-encoded audio content. Usually it uses MP4 extension for its files.

The most common issue here is your system is either missing an update or you have a corrupted codec on your machine. The simplest fix is to download VLC player. VLC Player Download Link!
The most common reasons and solutions files will not download are
1: You have run out of space on your hard drive. The simplest solution is to delete any unneeded files from your hard drive. Also as a helper tool you can download ccleaner from piriform to help clean your system. CCleaner Download Link
2: Your browser is not supported. Simply download a modern browser. Google chrome or Firefox are recommended.

Absolutely, however you may not have sufficient space on your device to use them in our format. The easiest fix is to download the files to your PC/Mac and then sync them with your device.
